Côté Européen 

The European side of Istanbul accounts for much of the metropolis’s fame. Its landmarks of the old part attract millions of tourists every year, while the new district is the shopping and nightlife centre of the whole country. Separated from the Asian side via the Bosphorus straits, it is currently undergoing a revival to modernise homes and neighbourhoods.

Dividing into many smaller districts, many homes for sale in European Istanbul offer potential buyers a huge choice from the budget apartments to luxury mansions. Sultan Ahmet, Taksim, Besiktas, Ortakoy district sit within the city centre, and you can find more information about them in our separate city centre guide. Otherwise, many up and coming districts of the European side of Istanbul will appeal to buyers.
